This treatment begins
with 15 minutes of vibroacoustic chakra balancing (or other sound therapy if desired) in which you will lie on the table as healing vibrations permeate your body. For this portion of the treatment, you will also wear headphones for maximum effect. At the end of this segment, the headphones will be removed, and the volume and vibration will be turned down somewhat as we continue to a 75-minute full body massage. The treatment will then conclude with half an hour of craniosacral therapy. Great for getting your whole system back in balance!

VibroAcoustic Sound Therapy
.
You will lie down on the sound table, put on headphones, close your eyes, and let the sound vibrate every cell, organ, and tissue in your body. This is not a table that mechanically massages you. Rather, it is equipped with low frequency sound transducers that are hooked up to an amplifer. The sound vibrations are transmitted through the table and conducted through the water in your body (the body is about 70% water!), vibrating everything within – it’s like getting an internal massage!
Spot Massage

In this treatment, you will remain fully clothed, and receive half an hour of work on an area of your choice. This is great if you have one spot bugging you, or if you need additional maintence on a particular area in between longer massage sessions. Very effective for sore shoulders, headaches, hands, etc.
Foot Massage / Reflexology

Reflexology uses pressure points on the feet to affect organs, glands, and other parts of the body. This treatment combines reflexology with some relaxing, feel-good, foot massage. Great for both body-balance, and tired feet.
